I was born in Newport, Wales, UK, 56 years ago. I started on the indoor rowing machine some 6 years ago which was recommended to me by my physical therapist following years of back problems. Eight million meters have now been covered. My first competition was a 2000m race in 2010 with a time of 6:46.9—a personal best earning a gold medal. Thank you all at Concept2 for your website and the information on weight loss.
